  • Customized items such as personalized malas or gemstones.
  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way after delivery.

3. Return Process:

  • Contact Us: If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via:
  • Return Form: You can fill out the return form available on our website.
  • Return Authorization: After receiving your request and verifying the damage, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Return Shipping: Once you have the RA number, you will need to return the damaged product. Please pack it securely to prevent further damage during transit.
  • Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping charges for damaged items.
  • Proof of Damage: You may be asked to provide a photograph of the damaged product and packaging for verification purposes.

4. Refund Process:

  • Inspection: Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to confirm that it is damaged and meets the return conditions.
  • Refund Method: If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
    • Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method or bank.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item has been damaged in a way other than what was initially reported, or if the product shows signs of use or alteration, we may offer a partial refund or reject the return request.

5. Exchanges:
